VILNIUS TECH Self-governance Institutions
The Senate is the highest academic self-governance institution of the University. All staffmembers as well as students should fulfil its resolutions. The Senate is authorized to call the University academic community meetings to discuss the most important issues related to University activities.
The order of academic community meetings is established by the Senate.
The Senate keeps the academic community informed on its activities as well as decisions and once a year reports to it at the open session of the Senate.
The Senate activities are governed by the Senate regulations.
