Application Procedure
- The candidate completes an application form in the application system.
- Pays 100 EUR Application fee using the invoice issued by the application system. the fee must be paid until the invoice deadline but no later than application deadline.
- The International Studies Centre reviews your education documents for qualification recognition purposes and if necessary consults with ENIC-NARIC centre in Lithuania. If necessary the International Studies Centre can ask for additional documents or confirmations about your previous education.
- The International Studies Centre invites you to record an interview via the application system. You must complete the interview in 5 days at a convenient time. Our faculty reviews the interview recording.
- The International Studies Centre sends you an official letter of Conditional Acceptance confirming your admission to the study programme of your choice.
- After receiving the official Conditional Acceptance letter, you pay the tuition and registration fee for your first year of studies.
- After receiving your fee, the International Studies Centre uploads documents necessary for the visa application to the EPIS system and sends you a student mediation letter number.
- International Studies Centre, after receiving the fee, uploads documents necessary for visa application to the EPIS system and sends to student mediation letter number.
- After receiving the mediation letter number, the student applies for Lithuanian visa at the nearest Lithuanian Embassy.
- The Lithuanian Embassy initiates the visa issue procedure.
- After 10 to 14 days, the Lithuanian Embassy informs student that his/her visa is issued. (If the visa application is rejected, ISC refunds the tuition and registration fee.)
- You then pick up your visa and other documents necessary for entering Lithuania.
Applying to VILNIUS TECH
Application deadline is 15th of July for non EU applicants and 1st of August for applicants from EU.
Applications can not be processed unless they include all the following:
- Filled in information as required in the application system;
- Certificate of Education (Secondary/ Undergraduate degree, etc) including Grades. Country specific requirements here.
- Curriculum Vitae;
- English proficiency certificate;
- A Copy of Passport;
- Certificate from a foreign bank and notarized letter of guarantee from parents/sponsors along with a document about their financial abilities (to be presented to a Lithuanian Embassy).
- Non conviction/Police Clearance certificate from countries of residence in last two years (needed for TRP application).
- Minor students (under age of 18) must bring notarized Letter of Authorization/Permission/Affidavit from their parents/legal guardians:
- To sign a contract for studies with university;
- To sign a contract with dormitory;
- To open a bank in Lithuania;
- To apply for Temporary Residence Permit in Lithuania.
Note: Legalized and notarized English translation are required for all Education documents.
