Students in the specialisation in International Economic Relations can obtain a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from VILNIUS TECH and Kyungpook National University (South Korea) Bachelor of Economics.

The economy incorporates everything around us: food, clothing, employment, manufacturing, production, etc. We encounter the economy almost everywhere and in all areas of our daily lives: work and leisure, studies and holidays, healthcare and social welfare, etc. Knowledge of economics helps us understand our world and its laws: what makes the price for goods and services? Why is the average standard of living in some countries higher than in others? What makes the social gap increase or decrease?

Economics concentrates on how the forces of supply and demand allocate scarce product and service resources to meet unlimited human needs.

Economics Engineering = economics (science) + engineering economic (industry's, organisation's) processes + economy management.

The economics program offers studies in Lithuanian and English and is based on the solid application of mathematical (quantitative) methods.

You can choose one of the specialisations in the fourth year of studies: Economic Data Analytics, International Economic Relations.

Specialisation students in Economic Data Analytics learn to examine economic data sets to identify trends, conclude, visualise them, and translate complex insights into business-friendly language.

Students in International Economic Relations specialisation examine world markets, globalization, international resource and consumer markets, the activities of international economic organizations, and EU economic policy.

This program prepares specialists for business and public sector companies, institutions and organizations to comprehensively analyse and promote economic development processes and economically substantiate, plan, forecast and implement economic programs relevant to various business or public sectors.
